Owen Alabado has a vast background in fitness. He worked as a Group X Instructor for 24 Hour Fitness for 15 years and has worked at several other fitness/dance studios. He is former Turbo Kick Instructor. And is certified in Les Mills Body Combat and Body Core. He currently is working on getting his Personal Training Certification. Owen believes fitness is more than just work out, it is a goal to becoming a better person both inside and out. “The heart is the most important muscle, both figuratively and literally.
