Inspired by the Roman god of wine and Greek mythology’s land of the lotus eaters, the name and the band, Bacchus Lotus, was established in 1979 by a group of teenagers in Sheboygan, WI. Still comprised of the original members; Charles Eckhardt, Jeff Radke, Rich Zoran and Matt Bayens, along with their newest addition, Zephyr Ciesar, the band continues to expand their musical horizons as they tour the Midwest delivering dynamic classic rock to the music loving masses. You can expect a high energy mix of deep cut favorites inspired by the 70’s and 80’s, featuring songs of Jefferson Airplane, Heart, Fleetwood Mac, Blondie, Electric Light Orchestra, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Pat Benatar, Queen, The Cards, Kansas, INXS and Head East.
